Question about Rental Payments

Rental is due on the first day of each month. We make sure that by the 25th day  of each month you receive your next month’s statement in order to give you enough time to budget correctly.

No, we (Tee Properties and its Agents) do not collect cash for rental payments. all amounts due must be paid DIRECTLY on our banking details that you can find at the bottom part of your tenant statement.

You can find your reference at the bottom part on your tenant statement, right next to your name. See the example below.

In case usage of wrong reference, a penalty will apply. We are also not liable should your funds become untraceable.

We advise that you effect payment through online banking (EFT) in order to avoid bank deposit charges. You may also use your provider’s ATM and make a EFT payment directly from the ATM instead of withdrawing the cash.

  1. Colour Original ID Copy
  2. 3-Month Bank Statement
  3. Latest Payslip
  4. Proof of physical address 

For Commercial Applications

  1. Company Registration Document
  2. Tax Clearance Certificate
  3. Income TAX & VAT Number (If Registered)
  4. Colour Original ID Copy (Of Company Principal)
  5. Proof of physical address (Of Company Principal)
  6. Six Months Bank Statement

Unfortunately, No. After making your payment, paperwork work will become ready once funds have reflected on our account and Occupation can only be granted after all documents have been signed. We therefore advise that you make Immediate payments to speedup the process.
